Pedersen Construction (2013) Inc. is presently seeking Labourers / Concrete Finishers to assist with various construction projects in Northeastern Ontario.

The Labourer / Concrete Finisher position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Hourly rate range of $28.00/hr. to $38.00/hr. commensurate with relevant experience.

Concrete Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Assist with formwork, concrete placement, and finishing operations
• Build, set, brace, and strip residential concrete forms
• Place, level, and finish concrete using hand tools and finishing machines
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as required
• Follow layout lines, grades, and basic drawings as directed
• Perform general labour duties as required to support the crew
• Work safely around heavy equipment and active job sites
• Follow company and site-specific safety policies and procedures
• Experience with concrete forming, concrete finishing and working with paving stones would be an asset
