Farm Insurance Associate Advisor 

Full-time opportunity | New Liskeard and surrounding agricultural communities 

Position Overview 

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented Farm Insurance Associate Advisor to support the growth of our agricultural portfolio. This role involves working closely with farm families and agricultural operations to understand their needs, complete reviews, and provide appropriate insurance solutions. 

Responsibilities 

• Quote, service, and maintain farm insurance policies. 

• Conduct farm client reviews and renewal meetings. 

• Build relationships with producers and agricultural businesses. 

• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support agency growth. 

• Complete farm risk assessments and inspections when required. 

• Maintain detailed client records and documentation. 

• Participate in community events and agricultural networking opportunities. 

• Deliver exceptional client service while meeting sales, quality, and productivity objectives. 

Qualifications 

• Agricultural background, farm experience, or strong knowledge of the farming community is considered an asset. 

• OTL license required, obtaining licensing within the required timeline. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 

• Sales-oriented with a genuine interest in supporting farm clients. 

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the community.
