Commercial Insurance Associate Advisor 

Full-time opportunity | New Liskeard, Ontario 

Position Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Commercial Insurance Associate Advisor to join our growing team. This position plays an important role in supporting commercial clients by providing insurance solutions, policy servicing, client reviews, and new business development. 

Responsibilities 

• Provide sales and service support for commercial insurance clients. 

• Conduct client reviews and identify coverage needs. 

• Prepare quotations, policy changes, renewals, and new business submissions. 

• Build relationships with local business owners and community partners. 

• Prospect for new commercial opportunities through referrals and networking. 

• Follow underwriting guidelines and complete risk assessments when required. 

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation. 

• Contribute to agency sales, retention, and growth objectives. 

Qualifications 

• Insurance industry experience is preferred. 

• OTL license required, obtain licensing within the required timeline. 

• Client service experience is considered an asset. 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced office. 

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with sales and service goals. 

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the community.
