Warranty Clerk / Customer Retention Coordinator - Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC
Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC is currently looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as a Warranty Clerk / Customer Retention Coordinator.
This position plays an important role in supporting the service team through warranty administration, appointment coordination, customer follow-up, and service retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage warranty claims
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, recalls, and missed appointments
- Maintain accurate customer and service records
- Support the Service Department in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience required
- Automotive or warranty experience considered an asset
- Experience with dealership software or CRM systems is an asset
