within the Cochrane, Kirkland Lake, or Kapuskasing areas, with a focus on applicants from the Timmins and New Liskeard areas.

Guidelines for the selection of BoardMembers specify a range of professional skilland expertise and personal attributesrequired to make informed governancedecisions in a complex and dynamicenvironment.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD

The board of Governors includes 11 appointed members who reflect the geographic, cultural, ethnic and linguistic characteristics of Northeastern Ontario.

-         The Board meets on the last Tuesday of the month

-         Video Conferencing for monthly meetings is an option
