WB Melback Corporation is a wholly Canadian owned company with headquarters based in Haileybury, Ontario with job sites all over the country. WB Melback Corporation provides Mechanical Maintenance and Industrial Construction Services to Forestry and Mining sectors across Canada.

We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Computer experience required including Excel Spreadsheet and Microsoft Word
• Provide support to site management and Health and Safety personnel
• Assist with time sheet collection and submission
• Assist with travel planning for employees
• Ability to manage communications accurately and efficiently while multi-tasking and managing multiple projects
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills
• Ability to develop, maintain and organize files and records
• Assist with preparation, filing, and tracking of site documentation
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements & Assets:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working in industrial construction, mining, or maintenance environments

The following experience and qualifications are considered assets:
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Previous experience in construction or industrial environments
• Bilingualism (English/French)

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, some weekend work may be required
Shifts:  10 hours per day
Location:  Temiskaming Shores, ON Area
Compensation:  $25.00 – $42.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
