Temiskaming Dental Centre is currently accepting applications for a permanent full-time floater.

The Dental Floater is a vital role in assisting all roles within the dental office. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, be a team player and always willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Sterilization: Reprocessing of dental instruments; Sterilization of dental operatories; maintaining cleanliness throughout the dental clinic.
• Front office tasks: Assisting reception with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and checking in patients.
• Equipment maintenance: Ensuring office equipment meets all standards and regulations.
• Inventory: Ensuring all inventory is continuously stocked.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.
