The Temiskaming Development Fund Corporation is a non-profit organization looking to promote economic development/business growth across the Temiskaming Region/Temagami area. This goal is achieved by providing loans to local businesses. Temfund was established in 1990 and works with local economic development organizations and all levels of government to accomplish its goals.

The Executive Director implements Temfund’s vision and mandate as approved by the Board. The Executive Director is the chief executive officer, providing leadership in identifying priorities and objectives, directing staff, supporting projects and ensuring Temfund’s financial and organizational viability. The Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Temfund Board of Directors. This is a permanent, part-time position at 22.5 hours/week, with some flexibility to occasionally work from home.

Qualifications:
● Formal post secondary education from an accredited business program and or equivalent financial/business management experience. Credit management experience is considered an asset, but not required.
● Possess strong customer service, communication, leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
● Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
● Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Drive applications.
Salary: $38-42 (according to skill and experience)
