Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Drafting Technician, based in New Liskeard, ON. The Drafting Technician will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, collaborating with team members, and ensuring designs comply with engineering and industry standards. Other tasks include assisting in project planning and providing accurate documentation related to the projects, maintaining inventory and ordering materials.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and the ability to produce detailed and accurate designs
• Experience in creating Mechanical Drawings and expertise in general Drawing techniques
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Previous experience in the agriculture or construction industry is a plus
• Relevant academic background or certification related to drafting, or a related field
• Proficiency in design and drafting software, such as Solid Edge is an asset
• Experience with hydraulics and basic electricity is also an asset

Annual Salary:  $38,000–$45,000
