Customer Service Representative – Contract Division

On Duty Equipment is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Contract Division at our shop in Earlton, Ontario. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates with some customer service or administrative experience who are looking to grow in a hands-on, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with managing uniform contracts and customer accounts
Communicate with contract customers regarding orders and general inquiries
Monitor and respond to the contract email inbox
Process order changes, including sizing, quantities, and delivery updates
Track and help resolve order issues and discrepancies
Create and issue Return Authorizations (RAs) as needed
Work closely with the Shop Manager to expedite solutions to order or production issues
Assist with picking uniform items as orders are received
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Some customer service or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills (email, data entry; training provided)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule & Work Location:
Part-time role (approximately 24 hours per week)
On-site position at our shop in Earlton, Ontario
