Role Summary
T Cannabis is seeking a knowledgeable, responsible, and customer-focused Retail Store
Associate. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers on
cannabis products, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant retail environment. We value
team players who are eager to grow, with many associates advancing to management positions
within a year.

 
Please note that this position requires delivery with a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities
● Report to duty punctually, and in appropriate and outlined attire according to dress code
standards
● Maintain company standards and policies while ensuring that legal standards are met
● Greet customers throughout the day in a friendly and welcoming manner
● Confidently represent the sessions brand and ideals
● Educate customers on cannabis products and how to safely consume cannabis
● Fulfilling and delivering customer orders using own vehicle
● Receive, organize, and categorize cannabis products and accessories
● Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained daily
● Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or under
● Abide by all company policies and procedures

Requirements
● Must be 19 years of age or older
● 1 – 3 years of experience in a retail setting
● Valid CannSell certificate willingness to obtain one
● A criminal background check from local authorities or willingness to obtain one
● A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
● Availability for shift work any time between 9:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday
