Seeking Volunteer Board Members

Are you passionate about early childhood development, community impact, and strategic leadership?
Timiskaming Child Care (TCC) is currently seeking dedicated volunteers to join our Board of Directors.

TCC is a not-for-profit organization committed to providing high-quality, inclusive, and accessible child care services to families in our community. As a Board member, you will play a vital role in providing governance, strategic oversight, and guidance to support the mission and vision of TCC.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are committed to strengthening child care services in our region
• Bring skills or experience in areas such as finance, legal, HR, education, health, business, governance, or fundraising
• Are collaborative, values-driven, and ready to contribute meaningfully
• Live or work in the Temiskaming/Kirkland Lake region (or surrounding areas)

Previous Board experience is welcomed but not required.
Training and orientation will be provided.
