Welcome to New Liskeard Chrysler! We are presently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Service Department in the capacity of Service Advisor. French and English bilingual preferred.

The ideal candidate has:

• An outgoing personality
• Dealership service advising experience preferred - we will train the right individual
• Fluent in both English and French an asset
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent time management skills
• Motivated, organized and a desire to serve the customer
• Clean driver's abstract and a valid driver's license
• Team oriented

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Automotive Service Advisor will have the following Responsibilities:

• Greet clients as they enter the dealership
• Answer telephone/email inquiries
• Determine client needs and write up service orders
• Look at history/mileage of vehicle and advise client of vehicle maintenance needs
• Work with service and parts teams to ensure clients' vehicles are ready when promised
• Keep client informed of progress and any repairs needed
• Process and close all their service orders
• Ensure complete client satisfaction while achieving dealerships goals
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities as business dictates
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to details
• Acts as a liaison between customers and technicians and manages the status of service orders.
